4.75” tall heavy early plastic figural lighter designed as woman’s legs and lower torso topped by top hat cap. Base has “Etnyre Black Topper” advertising imprint for a company that made road machinery. c. 1930s. Most of these lighters are seen unmarked. Underside of hollow base reads “Miss Cutie – Made In U.S.A. – Negbauer-N.Y. – Patent Pending.” Exc.
