Lot of 11 typically 3x4.5” 8-pagers published in the 1930s and dealing with various traveling salesmen and professions. Titles include “The Photographer, The Taxi Driver, The Vacuum Cleaner Man, The Real Silk Hosiery Salesman, The Auto Salesman, The Rubber Salesman, The Book Salesman, The Fuller Brush Man (not from series in lot #1440), The Insurance Salesman, The Frigidaire Salesman, The Radio Salesman.” Most stories involve salesman arriving at house and engaging in sexual exploits with house occupant. Eight have non-related sexual cartoons on back covers. Varying degrees of handling wear with dust soiling, creasing and small tears along spine. VG/Fine overall. A great group, all with well done art. A number of scarce titles.
