22x24” thin cardboard poster promotes “Crystal Ames A Dream Walking – Surrounded By A Bevy Of Gorgeous French Madamoiselles Plus Extra Added Attraction – Al Rio Musical Comedy Funny Man.” Nice bw photo image of Ames at center with text at top of poster promoting her as “The Most Beautiful Girl In Burlesque.” c. late 1940s – late 1950s. Printed by Globe Poster Corp. of Baltimore, MD. though Globe name at bottom is mostly off-margin as printed. Blank marquee at top. Poster has moderate but even aging and scattered moisture staining along right .5” margin, only one area slightly extending into printed area. Fine.
