11x11-7/8” die-cut sign for Cambridge, MA. nut company, the Squirrel Brand Co. sign advertises “Nut Caramels, Peanut Butter, Peanut Bars, Salted Nuts” and has image of Squirrel Brand Salted Peanuts 10 lb. can. Wonderful graphic of squirrel on branch with nut in hand. Printed by The Nevins-Church Press c. 1920s. Bottom left corner has some moisture staining which has caused a 1/8” bleed into the “S” of “Salted” while rest blends. Exc. display with no creases. Choice condition for this classic sign.
