Item Description
Lot of 7 issues including #s 28, 32-33, 42-45. Fawcett Publications Inc. Published between Oct., 1943 – Apr., 1945. Great patriotic cover on #28 showing #28 showing Uncle Sam pinning medal on Captain Marvel’s chest. Issue #42 features great holiday cover with Captain Marvel’s head inside holly wreath. Issue #33 has had staple added along with tape repairs to spine. Good. Issue #45 has moderate handling wear/aging with ink stamp on front cover and tape repairs along heavily aged right margin. Good. Issue #43 has tape repairs along top margin and spine and is Good/VG. Other issues have varying degrees of handling wear/aging - #s 28 and 44 are VG; #42 is VG/Fine and #32 is Fine. Overstreet value for group in stated condition = $586.
