Item Description
12x12.25x2.5” deep box contains Peppy Play Costume No. 57. c. 1940s. Fabric child’s costume of Navy officer’s “blues.” Complete with “USN” anchor badges on collar and winged anchor above chest stripes. Eight .75” dia. anchor buttons grace front of jacket. Comes with matching pants, vinyl belt and officer’s hat with gold luster metal eagle badge on front. Costume is lightly aged but clean and Exc. Box shows moderate wear at creases with glue repairs to tears, 1.5” puncture to lid. VG/Fine.
