Item Description
Lot of two 3.25x5.25" photo postcards, one showing Chaplin out of costume, the other in his famed Little Tramp persona. Pair of 3.5x5.5" art postcards depicting Chaplin as Little Tramp in humorous situations. c. mid-1910s-1920s. Comes with 2-1/8x3-5/8" German "The Mystery Movie Drawing Book" with Chaplin image on front. Three interior pages have faint design, each page with 2 movie stars including Charlie Chaplin, Joe Cobb, Lloyd Hughes, Harry Spear, Jacueline Logan and unnamed girl. 2.25x3.5" flicker/flasher for Bijou Theater shows image of Chaplin as the Little Tramp tapping woman on behind with his cane. Two postcards have text on reverse and have been postally issued. All have lt. handling wear/aging. Fine overall.
