6.5x10.5x2.75" deep painted plaster, full-body string holder. Incised "Whitman" name on bottom with incised 1938 copyright. Recessed area in back to hold string. Hole in Jeep's belly button. Wire hanger at top as made. Popeye's magical pet is depicted in a green color instead of his usual yellow. Light wear/dust soiling. VF/Exc. Rare and first we've seen.
