Large 2.5" reading "Reception/Boy Scouts Of America." Piece of tape on the reverse holds fabric ribbon reading "Regional Executive Committee." Small .25" air spot on top edge of button catches light but button is essentially Mint as made and ribbon is clean. Rare, limited issue.
