3.25x7.25x.25" thick, stiff laminated cardboard. 2-1/8" mounted paper photos read "President Theodore Roosevelt" and "Vice President Chas. W. Fairbanks" but this is a campaign item as we recently saw the Parker mate in another auction. Notches around border are decorative. Miss Liberty holds shield with her flowing flag encompassing the candidates. Reverse has cut-out as a hanger (caution - creased across center and fragile) plus fold-out for easel. Advertises Bangor, ME furniture dealer Chandler & Co. First we've seen for TR. VF and Rare. (H - $200 to $400)
