Item Description
4x48x1.5" deep box contains set by Withington. c. 1955. Davy Crockett's name and image of Fess Parker as Davy appears on the box, o/w set is of generic design. Box shows moderate aging with some age spotting to white bkg. areas, cellophane windows intact but one split. Davy portion of box Fine, rest VG. Set consists of 48" long genuine wood bow with built-in compass, 3 rubber-tipped feather arrows, leather arm brace and finger guard, instruction booklet. Box also notes a numbered target although this is missing. However, set appears unused, arm brace still attached to box by original staple, arrows are held in place by inserts. Arrows do have wear to the feathers which are worn/loose. VF/Exc. Rare set.
