Item Description
11" long and 14" tall to top of sail booms. All cast iron with exception of sail which is painted tin. Late 1970s or early 1980s. Great action as follows - coin is placed in up-raised hands of one sailor. When lever is pushed, the sail moves quickly to knock him over as man operating rudder moves rudder back and forth and coin drops inside body of boat. Bank is all original with life preserver on side marked "The Cat Boat" as well as smiling cat image on sticker attached to sail. Complete with trap on bottom. Exc./N. Mint. An interesting modern mechanical bank.
