8.5x11". 1942 All-American Comics Inc. copyright although issued 1942-1944. Certificate features eight 1" circle portraits of comic characters: Hawkman, Sandman, Atom, Dr. Fate, Dr. Mid-Nite, Starman, Johnny Thunder, The Spectre as well as four smaller 5/8" circle portraits of Superman, Batman, The Flash and Green Lantern. Larger image of Wonder Woman is at bottom with facsimile signature of Diana Prince (Wonder Woman's secret identity) was the secretary of the JSA. Neatly filled out in ink with penciled number at bottom opposed to normal ink stamp number. Large pin holes at top and bottom margins with scattered light dust soiling along margins. Folded once horizontally and vertically. VG/Fine.
