Item Description
Pair of 22" long black denim jeans. c. 1950s. Five 5/8" dia. metal buttons on front have incised "Hopalong Cassidy" name. Black pockets have white stitched outline of steer head. Hip pocket has 4.5x7.5" store card with black and white photo of William Boyd and Topper with facsimile signature "Hopalong Cassidy." Lower two-thirds had been detached from upper portion of card but has been re-attached to its original position due to an old clear tape repair. Tape not visible from the front. Obvious handling creases on card with grease pen price. VG. Above store card at waist is 2.25x3.5" printed vinyl tag with image of Hoppy and reads "Hopalong Cassidy By Blue Bell." 2" wide cardboard tag is attached to lower side of this tag and reads "You May Leave This Label On, Will Not Be Damaged By Ordinary Laundering." Jeans are slightly faded, most noticeable to areas exposed to light. Jeans VF.
