Item Description
3" celluloid "PEP" stands for "Peace, Economy, Prosperity." Issued for Islip, Long Island, N.Y. White areas have a few very light age marks and surface has many but tiny raised cello dots that catch reflected light. Still brilliant color and high gloss. Our last two years ago realized $200, also with light foxing.
