4x6" with 20 pages. Issued by the Safety Education Division Flight Control Command/US Army Air Forces. Cover and contents are bw/blue and include full page illustrations by Disney Studios of "The Spandules, A Close Relative Of The Gremlin" (see item #1688). Issued to pilots with tips for avoiding cold weather problems regarding aircraft. Trace of staple rust but still an exceptionally clean and Exc. copy of this scarce booklet.
