Item Description
By Daisy, 1946. Box is for U-235 pistol which issued with silver luster or black finish. This is same style 10” long metal Buck gun but U-238 model only issued in gold in 1946. Comes with very nicely illustrated box which has one loose end flap and 3 missing inside flaps. Bottom panel has .75x1” chip and puncture but box is still clean and VG for display. Gun has traces of oxidation on front “Muzzle Blast Deflector” piece. Small scattered traces of paint wear/flakes. Still retains a bright appearance. Fine/VF. In working, sparking condition. Also included is “Buck Rogers Adventure Book,” a 3x5”, three-sectioned folder on newsprint. Issued with boxed atomic pistols in 1946. Reprints six daily newspaper strip comics. Also includes an unused coupon for notifying newspaper of interest in Buck Rogers comics. Moderate aging. VG. Booklet is scarce.
