Choice merchandise ads include Post Toasties boxes with Mickey cut-outs on back cover, Mickey Lionel handcar on inside back cover. The dot-to-dot of Mickey with Jimmy Durante neatly done in red pencil. Pages have tanned margins, first page has .25" tear, few additional tiny margin tears. However, contents remain totally clean and pages are supple. One notable defect to front cover is .5" tear at bottom center with some additional small creases, o/w minor cover wear with some light pinch creases along spine, pair of additional .25" edge tears, tiny tip off lower left corner and also at lower left is a 1" pencil streak. Again, all of this is minor. Cover remains totally bright with vibrant color, just light aging visible. Still an extremely nice copy which overall grades Fine+. Overstreet 2006 value in Fine = $3,825.
