3.5x5.25" has photo of Elvis in military uniform with facsimile inscription "Best Wishes Elvis Presley." Presley has title of Honorary President printed underneath. Card states full membership until October 31, 1960. Reverse has November 8, 1959 ink stamp. Signed by co-presidents in blue and black ink. Vertical crease at center, as issued. Light handling wear with some spotting in upper right-hand corner. Fine.
