10.5x12.25" with 40 pages. Supplement to the "Star Weekly" August 27, 1966 issue. Yvonne DeCarlo is pictured on front as Lily Munster with title "Vancouver's Cool Ghoul." First 3 pages are devoted to story about DeCarlo with image of her in her earlier years. Issue has inked name at top front cover and multiple pinch creases to spine, although retains a nice VF appearance. Scarce.
