12x15x2.75” deep box. c. late 1950s. An Esquire toy. Lid with full figure picture of Dale Robertson. Portrait photos appear on all 4 sides. Box lid has panels where windows could appear, but this lid remains un-cut as made. General wear. Box VG. Box contains top quality gun and holster set. 9.5” guns same design as set produced for “Restless Gun.” Polished and chrome-plated die-cast with brown and bronze plastic grips. Secret chamber for caps in the grip. Guns read “Wells Fargo 38” above trigger. Horse head medallions appear on grips. Guns have trace of wear in chamber as fired, but appearance for display is Exc./N. Mint. Heavy, well-made holster. Stamped “Top Grain Cowhide.” Features “Fast Draw” pockets that unsnap and swivel to shoot. Pockets and belt designed with numerous silver and gold luster accents. Three bullet clips hold six metal toy bullets each. Text above each pocket reads “Wells Fargo.” Belt front has some surface scuffing but o/w appearance is totally fresh and clean. N. Mint.
