Item Description
Lot of four measuring between 11-7/8x20.25” and 11.75x21”. All done in pen and ink. All done circa US involvement in World War I. First two in lot show Uncle Sam, first “Forgetting Something!” shows Sam with rifle. “Well?” shows Sam conferring with “Paris Conference” chicken. First is done on thin cardboard with remainder done on artboard. “Over The Top” shows US infantrymen attacking German propaganda. “Unsinkable” shows “U.S. War Spirit” as patriotic steamship. First piece has margin aging and corner bumps with some moisture staining measuring .5x2.5” with thin streak at upper left-hand corner. All are Fine/VF. Artboard has corner tip wear with dust soiling and are overall Fine/VF.
