Brass ring with adjustable bands from Power House Candy, 1948. Each side has shield design. Top brass rim holds clear plastic magnifying lens which lifts up on a hinge. A piece of glow-in-the-dark paper inserted underneath this covering still glows. Ring did not have high luster and is NM. Mailer box missing all flaps on right and 1.5" hairline tear on top center right. 4x5" instruction folder designed as 4 pages is extremely wrinkled from box insertion but clean except for tanning on front page.
