1.5x2" nicely illustrated cover that includes a silhouette image of The Shadow on front along w/skull while back depicts a skeleton holding a bloody knife. Back reads "The Shadow Radio's Thrilling Mystery Drama Brought To You By Your Blue Coal Dealer." Below this is a dealer imprint. Cover opens to reveal 15 specially-designed matches marked "Listen To The Shadow Every Sunday Mutual Network." Attached on inside top flap is a die-cut cardboard piece depicting The Shadow and behind this are two men behind jailhouse window bars w/text "Crime Does Not Pay." 1940s. Tiny hairline surface paper split on interior top where it folds over the matches. Very minor. Overall NM.
