1-5/8" tall slightly domed litho tin with pair of 3/16" unbent tabs on top edge. Lower two words have numerous diagonal scuff hairlines but so light that paint surface is barely broken and they show only the slightest. Displays VF with nice gloss. First seen. Rare.
