Item Description
Undated and unmarked but this 1.25” multicolor of TR on galloping horse is from 1904 by Baltimore Badge & Novelty Co. Backpaper reads “Herrick’s Sewing Machine Store, Mercantile Place, Los Angeles, Cal.” A dot rub removed the “M” of “Mercantile.” The button surface is very slightly raised at center so a trifle uneven to the touch, but visually of no consequence. Two very light .25” hairline scratches barely catch reflected light. Button displays totally clean with nice gloss. VF and Rare.
