2-1/8" choice color accented by state flower rim. Light wear on original ribbons. Reverse has trivial .25" cello split by collet and 8 tiny tan dots on cream bkg. Reverse red text reads "I.O.R.M. Emporia Kansas June 6, 1904." Front is Exc. Rare single day issue.
