1.75" heavy silvered brass with large blue enamel "11" on front. Reverse stamped with serial number "4942" plus text: "If badge is lost report to employment department immediately. A charge of 50¢ if lost or not returned on leaving the service of the company." Rare and only one we know of. Exc.
