Pair of 11x14" single stiff cardboard sheets. Each features choice scene along with full year calendar bottom. The art for each features shield logo of "The National Life And Accident Insurance Co." along with radio bearing call letters "WSM" Nashville. First calendar is for 1939 with title "The Shield Keeps The Wolf From The Door" and art depicts the Three Pigs safe and sound in their home as a dejected Wolf walks away from the house. Second is "Shielded Homes Are Happy Homes" featuring Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Donald in their living room listening to the radio. Both have scattered margin wear with some surface paper rubs. 1941 calendar also has some scattered light creases from handling but these are faint. Fine. 1939 calendar VF. Nice pair.
