Item Description
6-3/8x11" sheet of stiff paper has original marker art of DC Comics superhero Hawkman by noted comic artist Irwin Hasen (1918-2015), who provided art for "The Flash" and "Green Lantern" as well as working on Hawkman (who appeared in "The Flash") and creating the character Wildcat. Hasen has signed his name in black felt tip pen, adding "Hawkman" character name at bottom. Exc. 9-1/8x11.5" sheet of art paper has extremely well done full body sketch of Golden Age Green Lantern Alan Scott in pen and ink w/watercoloring. Art by Green Lantern creator Martin Nodell, who has signed "Mart Nodell '92" below art, adding "Creator Of Green Lantern '40" text in black felt tip pen. Sheet has some scattered handling wear w/some creases but art remains clean and would display Exc. if framed.
