Item Description
Lot of six items dealing w/Merita Bread employees. 1.25x1-5/8" gold metal watch w/expansion band and "Merita" logo on dial. Dates to the 1950s. Scattered lt. wear/aging and VF overall though no longer working. Four .5" dia. service pins each have "Merita" logo (for 5, 10, 25 and 20 years service recognition) in either red or blue enamel. 1940-1950s. First three are marked "10K Gold Filled" while 20 year pin is marked "10K Top" and has small diamond chip. First three have scattered wear and are VF overall while 20 year pin is Exc. Last item is glossy 8x10" publicity photo showing Merita executives posing in front of "Merita" delivery vehicle w/Jay Silverheels in costume as Tonto. Several of the men wear badges that read "Merita 3-D 1954." Back of photo has Atlanta, GA. photographer's mark. Handling wear to margins w/small tear at top center. Fine overall. Nice lot for one of the top sponsors of "The Lone Ranger."
