Item Description
Lot of ten items relating to Baltimore, MD. magician and spook show host Vincent Dantini. First are 6x8-7/8" and 4.5x10" vintage 1950s spook show handbills for performances at Maryland theaters. Both are decorated w/skulls and ghost as well as photo images of Dantini. First features reverse w/ads for "The Mad Ghoul" and "Dracula's Daughter" horror films and has two horizontal folds while second has some corner creasing. Fine-VF. Remaining eight items in lot date to the 1970s and relate to Dantini's documentary "Our Baltimore." Seven paper items from "Contributor Album" range in size from 4.5x5.75" to 9x12" and include admission coupon, Baltimore newspaper clippings and stat of Disneyland Vista Records permission letter. Envelope notes 1973 premiere date for the documentary but included 2.25" dia. button notes 1978 date and features image of Dantini. Ephemera have some scattered handling wear/aging and are VF-Exc. overall. Button has lt. surface wear but remains glossy and Exc. Rare and obscure lot.
