Attached ribbon reads "Reception Comrade Theodore Roosevelt/President United States By The Veterans Spanish War/San Francisco May 13, 1903 Executive Committee." 2.75x11" overall. One 1/16" hole. 1" hairline weave separation at bottom. Rare one day event. Overall Fine.
