Inside has cloth tag "The Standard Pennant Co." of Big Run, Pennsylvania who began operations in 1919 and are known for their production of banners, pennants, and other felt items (we have sold a 1930s Mickey Mouse patch they produced in the past). Tag notes beanie is 70% wool and 30% cotton. Unlicensed but made to capitalize on the popularity of The Green Hornet. Exc. A very different item for the Green Hornet collector.
