Art is unsigned and depicts bug-eyed (it's eyes going in two different directions) monster w/wide gaping mouth and three sharp teeth against a tie-dye-like bkg. From a series of glow-in-the-dark monster model kits by Lindberg, this model kit featured the same figure as "Blurp" from Lindberg's "Lindy Loony Repulsive" series from 1964.
