Item Description
This was a 1939 store item. 3" long metal tube with white plastic on light end. A cord joined shield reading "Dick Tracy Junior Secret Service" to the light. This group consists of one shield, the standard green tube light and a rare black tube with red stripes. Lights are NM. Shield is glossy VF.
