Includes member certificates, badges, code charts, pamphlets, and “Minute Man Answers The Call” comic. Last page has tribute to Jack Burnley w/Starman specialty art by him. Inside back cover has thank you note in ink to Bob Overstreet from editor Craig Delich. Covers have minor aging. VF. Contents NM. Comes w/handwritten letter from editor signed “Craig” on “All Star Comics Revue” stationary enclosing issue. Letter is worn along extreme right blank margin edge, otherwise fine. Letter is signed in ink “Bob Overstreet Collection” below editor’s name. Comics historian Jerry Bails referred to this publication as “The Most Extensive, Up-To-Date And Complete Publication On The Justice Society Of America Ever Attempted In The History Of Comics Fandom”.
