Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 24" long plastic clicker rifle w/metal trigger. Stock has incised and painted "Roy Rogers" name on left side. Sides of chamber area have nice low relief scrolling w/art image of cowboy w/rifle on horseback on one side and image of cowboy and buffalo on other side w/raised "Wild West" text. Marx, c. 1950s. Gun has metal hammer which pulls back w/spring release and gun clicks loudly when trigger is pulled. Stock has a few lt. scuffs, bit of red color off a few small places on Roy Rogers name but o/w Exc. Box shows handling wear w/side panels having creases and end flaps show moderate wear w/one inner flap off. Additionally, while box has no Roy Rogers markings, someone has added an attempt at Roy's signature on the stock area of rifle, as it appears on the gun within. VG.
