14x18" double mat contains original cel that has been matted to 8-1/8x11.5". Production cel used in the 1977 "The New Adventures Of Batman" cartoon, featuring Batman villains The Penguin (image area measuring 4.5x7") w/his umbrella and The Joker (image area measuring 4.5x6-1/8"). Highlighting the cel is the accompanying hand-painted bkg. featuring a party scene w/paper lanterns. Royal Animated Art, Inc. sticker at lower right w/1977 Batman and DC Comics copyrights. NM and ready for framing.
