See previous item #970, following item #972. 6.5x7.5x7-3/8" tall tin litho cash register has fully functioning cash register features and includes button/register interior pop-up tag that reads "Toppie." Toppie portrait above keys and same portrait image is featured on sides above "Toppie" name. Back panel has large full-body image of Toppie wearing blanket w/his name on it. Scattered lt. wear from use w/a few tiny paint nicks/scratches and slightest trace of oxidation to silver luster metal parts. VF. An entire book of Top Value stamps was required for this item. c. 1958. Neat Toppie premium item. Comes w/original Zippo box containing 2.25x1.5x.5" deep brushed metal Zippo lighter w/etched image of "Top Value Stamps" mascot Toppie the elephant on front. A later 1975 premium offering. Packaging is complete w/box insert and original Zippo booklet. Light wear but VF and contains unused and NM lighter. Scarce Zippo.
