9.5x11" glossy folder designed as photo holder from Lou Walter's Latin Quarter nightclub in New York City. Cover features a nude image of a woman primping in mirror and interior photo holder is empty. "Frame" of photo holder has been boldly inscribed in blue ink "Betty - A Sweet Heart. Happiness To You Always. 'Baer Hugs' And Love - Max Baer 5/19/51." While this folder does have handling wear and scattered dust soiling to covers, inscription/signature area remains clean and this would be the perfect way to display a vintage photo of the one-time Heavyweight Champion of the World. Folder is Fine overall, inscription/signature area is VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
