These sneakers were produced and sold c. 1964. Vertical fold at center as mailed, reverse is designed as an oversized postcard which was mailed to retailers. This example is postally unused and remains blank. Printed text at bottom reads "Everybody Wants 'Em...Be Sure You Order Enough Wing-Dings Official Beatle Sneakers." Sign shows heavy and obvious wear w/pinholes and .75" tear at top center margin and several creases, including 10" vertical crease along left margin.
