Cover has been signed in black felt tip pen by Layton, Romita Jr. and Stan Lee. Second is "The Amazing Spider-Man" Annual #15 from 1981 that has been CGC-graded 9.2 NM-. Punisher and Doctor Octopus appearances. Dennis O'Neil story. Frank Miller and Klaus Janson cover/art. White pages. Cover has been signed in black felt tip pen by Stan Lee.
