c. 1930s. 8.25" long w/text on top paddle for Dayton, Ohio company, and “Fireworks For All Occasions” text on underside bottom paddle. Some oxidation to spring steel straps, wood has lt. aging. Still Fine overall. Works. A scarce advertising noisemaker.
