Item Description
Pair of two posters issued in 1942 and 1944. Both are folded as issued. First measures 14.25x20" and features color photo of sailor looking out porthole by Sarra. Poster reads "If You Talk Too Much - This Man May Die" and small text at bottom reads "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1942-O-482161." .25" tear at fold crease intersection, but o/w VF. Next poster measures 20x28" and reads "The Battle-Wise Infantryman...Is Careful Of What He Says Or Writes - How About You?" and shows soldier w/rifle and bayonet. Art by Schlaikjer. Small text at bottom reads "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1944-O-602442." Back of poster has one panel w/typed address and War Department return address. Scattered lt. handling wear w/some small tears at fold crease intersections. VF.
