Lot of 44 from a set of 50, each is 2.25x3-1/8" w/choice art on fronts and text backs. c. 1910 and issued w/"Ganong's Rodeo Bars." While the art is the same as what was used for the T53 tobacco set by Hassan, the card numbering is different. One art difference of note is card #33 "His Favorite Brand" which shows cowboy holding "Ganong's Indian Chief Bar" rather than pack of Hassan cigarettes. Various aspects of life in the Old West are featured on the cards and other titles include "Shooting Up The Town, Throwing The Lasso, Cowboy Courtship, Riding A Buffalo, Branding A Calf" etc. Most cards have tight margin trim. Typical wear/aging but only a few have creases. Art remains clean. Mostly VG to Exc.
