Item Description
Each piece is 11/16” with threaded brass cap on the reverse. Both have name of maker W&H but only one has text “Made In USA.” We believe both of these are circa 1940 and used by members of the America First Committee, the foremost non-interventionist pressure group opposed to American entry into World War II. At its height it had 800,000 members in 650 chapters. It’s most prominent member was Charles A. Lindburgh. With the attack on Pearl Harbor the group ended. Beautiful high quality pieces in Mint condition and rare.
