Item Description
22 pieces. The tie bar at top is 2.5" across and the other items are to scale. First is early stickpin with heart shape showing embossed railcar and text "Detroit 1907." The tie bar is a Santa Fe safety award. Next are a pair of relatively modern brass cufflinks showing early steam locomotive. Next is pair of figural cufflinks with enamel "Northern Pacific R.R." There is a 30 Year Veteran pin for the "C.M.ST.P.&P.R.R." This is marked "Gold Filled." There are five tie clips, mostly of vintage over the past 30 to 40 years. One reads "SCL/1970 Safety Award." One is for Union Pacific Veterans. A small one is for "New York Central System." A large enamel one is for "Seaboard Coastline 1972 Safety Award." There are a number of tie tacks including "Southern Pacific" with two tiny emerald like stones. Another "Kansas City Southern Lines." Another for "1971 Southern Pacific" safety prevention. There is a modern brass ring "B&O Transportation Museum" in Baltimore. There are four tie tacks for the "United Transportation Union" and these specify years of service as 30, 40, 45, and 55. Items are almost all NM to Mint.
