Item Description
Original box has illustration of cowboy on horseback w/rope lasso creating "Ranger" text. Portrait of Ranger is seen on all box sides w/text "Ranger Official Gun." Bottom notation on large panel also reads "M. A. Henry Co., New York." c. 1940-1945. Left side of box has both inner flaps missing and tape repair to end flap. .75" tear at one corner but box remains sturdy. Good/VG. Contains 8" long single-shot all cast aluminum cap gun w/steer grips. Gun is aged but VF. Obviously inspired by The Lone Ranger, image is based on the classic image of Lone Ranger on Silver, the only thing the "Ranger" character needs is a mask. The name of the gun itself is also an obvious Lone Ranger inspiration.
