Item Description
1" litho probably issued just after the failed Castro rebellion of 1953. In 1954 Batista held a mock election in which he was the only candidate. Paint is a little dark on the background with a narrow sliver off the left lower rim edge. Little of this shows from the front. Item is from the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA. Still displays VF.
